Terms and Conditions for Barecot

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. 

1. Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Barecot website (the "Site") and all purchases made through it. Barecot is a trading name and division of Admedien Network Limited, company no. 16759450, 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or make a purchase. 

2. Definitions 

"We," "Us," "Our" refers to Admedien Limited, trading as Barecot. 

"You," "Your," "Customer" refers to the user or viewer of our Site, or the person placing an order. 

"Products" refers to the goods available for purchase on the Barecot Site. 

"Site" refers to the Barecot Shopify website. 

3. Products and Description 

Barecot is committed to selling products made from 100% natural materials. All our products are made from materials such as 100% cotton, 100% linen, and 100% wool. 

We make every effort to display the colours and features of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and device settings, and we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate. 

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products we sell and to discontinue any product at any time. 

4. Orders and Acceptance 

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will send you an order confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your order. This email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order. 

A contract between you and Admedien Limited (trading as Barecot) for the sale of our products will only be formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in the product description or price, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to obtain authorisation for your payment. 

5. Pricing and Payment 

All prices on our Site are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which will be added to the total cost at checkout. 

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. However, the price you pay will be the price stated on our Site at the time you place your order. 

Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit/debit cards and payment methods offered through our Shopify checkout. 

6. Delivery 

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on the Site. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party couriers. 

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges 

7.1 Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to cancel your order and return most products for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be: 

Unworn, unwashed, and unused. 

In its original packaging with all tags still attached. 

In a resalable condition. 

7.2 Non-Returnable Items For reasons of health and hygiene, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty: 

Loungewear (e.g., pyjamas, sleepwear) 

Underwear (e.g., briefs, bras, undershirts) 

7.3 Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at info@barecot.com within the 14-day period to request a Returns Authorisation. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted. 

You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. 

7.4 Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will notify you via email once this has been completed. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The cost of original delivery is non-refundable. 

7.5 Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of the return postage and will, at your choice, provide a full refund or exchange the item. 

8. Intellectual Property 

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Admedien Limited (trading as Barecot) or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

Admedien Limited (trading as Barecot) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or Site, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
